Brand boards
Keep your agency's logos, colours and fonts in one place for consistent booking pages, emails and listing visuals.

Brand Boards keep your agency's visual identity in one place: logos, colour codes and fonts. When your team or the Squaremeters team prepares a booking page, email template or form, they take the right logo and colours from here. A client sees a listing on Instagram, talks to the assistant on the phone and opens a booking link on WhatsApp; seeing the same identity at every touchpoint builds trust.
Creating a brand board
- Open Settings → Brand Boards and create a new brand board (e.g. Atlas Emlak).
- In Logos, upload light and dark background versions of your logo. Prefer PNG or SVG with a transparent background.
- In Colors, add your brand colours as HEX codes and give each a clear name (Primary, Accent, Background, Text).
- In Fonts, choose the fonts you use for headings and body text, then save.
Tip
Don't guess colour codes; ask the agency that designed your identity or built your website. Three slightly different navies make your listing visuals look messy.
Where a brand board helps
- Booking pages: viewing and valuation booking pages in your agency colours. See Booking link.
- Emails: the right logo on confirmation and follow-up emails.
- Listing visuals: whoever prepares social media and ad visuals takes the colour codes from here.
- New development launch: one reference to share with your creative agency.
More than one brand
If you work under separate brands for resale homes and off-plan sales, create a board for each and name it after the brand so the team never uses the wrong logo.
How this differs from the business profile
The logo on the Business profile page is the official logo used by the panel and system emails. A brand board is the reference archive of all visual assets. When you change your logo, update both.
Common issues
The logo looks blurry. Upload a higher-resolution file (at least 512 px wide) or an SVG.
My font isn't in the list. The panel offers common web fonts. If you have a custom font, choose the closest alternative and note the real font's name.
