Integrations overview
Which channels and ad accounts you can connect, where each connection lives, and how we set them up with you.
3 min read
Your assistant is only as strong as the channels connected to it. Once WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Meta lead forms and your website are connected, enquiries land in Conversations and Contacts straight away; the assistant replies on written channels, calls new consented leads within seconds, and your team carries on without opening another app.
Who sets it up?
We make the connections with you during setup. Meta and Google connections need a login with your account, so you or the account owner needs to be at the screen for those steps; our team completes the rest (field mapping, automations, the assistant's behaviour) and tests everything with you before going live.
The articles in this section help you understand what each connection does and where to look if one drops.
Where connections live
- Settings → Integrations: the Facebook & Instagram, Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Zoom cards are here. Connected ones show a Connected badge.
- Settings → WhatsApp: the WhatsApp Business API has its own menu. Your number, display name, quality rating and templates are here.
What can you connect?
| Connection | Where | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| WhatsApp Business API | Settings → WhatsApp | WhatsApp messages in the inbox via Meta's official API; template messages; the whole team on one number. |
| Facebook & Instagram | Settings → Integrations | Messenger and Instagram DMs in the inbox. |
| Meta lead forms | Inside the Facebook & Instagram card | Contacts from ad forms are saved automatically; the assistant calls consented leads straight away. |
| Google Business Profile | Settings → Integrations | See and reply to Google reviews from the panel. |
| Google Ads | Settings → Integrations | Spend and results in reports; the campaign behind each lead. |
| Web forms and webhooks | Set up by our team | Leads from your website forms and other systems. |
| Google / Outlook Calendar, Zoom | Calendar settings, Integrations | Appointment sync and video meeting links. |
Note
There's no ready-made integration with property portals (Sahibinden, Hepsiemlak, Emlakjet, Zingat). Your portfolio is loaded into the assistant during setup, and you send new listings and price changes to your consultant. See Other integrations.
How a lead reaches the panel
- Messages arrive in Conversations with their channel icon.
- Everyone who writes for the first time or fills in a form gets a record in Contacts, and an opportunity opens in the Buyers, Sellers or Lettings pipeline according to the rule set during setup.
- The assistant steps in: on written channels Conversation AI replies; if an outbound campaign is on, the AI voice assistant calls new leads who have given consent.
Which account connects
A connection is made on behalf of the account that connects it. A connection made with the wrong account looks "successful", but no messages or leads come through.
- In the panel: an Admin user with access to Settings (e.g. Burak Aydın). See Roles and permissions.
- On Meta: someone with Full control of the Facebook Page who is an admin in the agency's Meta Business portfolio.
- On Google: Owner or Manager of the Google Business Profile; at least Standard access to Google Ads.
Important
Don't connect with the personal Facebook account of your marketing agency or an employee who may leave. When that person leaves or changes their password, the connection drops. Use the owner's account or a permanent admin's.
Common issues
I can't see the Integrations menu. Your role doesn't include Settings access. Ask your admin or consultant.
Connected, but nothing arrives. Usually a permission was switched off in the Meta window or the wrong Page was selected. See Integration troubleshooting.
