Beyond messaging and ads, you can connect the panel to the calendar and video tools your team uses every day. This article covers those connections, property portals and your portfolio, and what to do about connections that aren't in your plan.

Google and Outlook calendar sync
Each agent can connect their own Google or Outlook calendar. When Selin Kaya marks a slot "at the land registry" in her own calendar, the assistant won't book a viewing for her then, and new appointments from the panel appear in the calendar on her phone. Tip
Connect each calendar with the account of the person taking the appointments. If you use one shared "office" Google account, every appointment piles into one calendar and the availability the assistant sees will be wrong.
Online meetings with Zoom and Google Meet
First meetings with buyers abroad, or vendors in another city, are often by video. Once Zoom is connected, online meetings get an automatic link, which is sent to the client in the appointment confirmation.
- Open Settings → Integrations.
- Click Connect on the Zoom card.
- In the Zoom window, log in with the account that will host meetings and allow access.
- In the online meeting calendar's settings, choose Zoom as the meeting location — or ask your consultant to do it. See Creating a calendar.
There's no separate card for Google Meet: once your Google Calendar is connected, choose Google Meet as the meeting location in the calendar settings.
Example: James Carter in London books a video call about the flat in Moda. The appointment lands in Selin's calendar with a Meet link, and James receives the same link in his confirmation.
Property portals and your portfolio
There is no ready-made integration with portals such as Sahibinden, Hepsiemlak, Emlakjet and Zingat. That doesn't mean the assistant doesn't know your listings:
- Your portfolio is loaded into the assistant during setup: area, type, bedrooms, price, key features and listing links. The assistant uses this list to describe suitable listings to callers and send links on WhatsApp. See Listing knowledge.
- Send new listings, price changes and sold or let properties to your consultant so the list stays current. For a regular update routine: Portfolio preparation.
- If portal calls come to your office number, the assistant answers them too and asks which listing the caller saw.
Connections not in your plan
- Payment providers and online holding deposit collection aren't included in your plan.
- Custom development, API keys and data transfers to external software (e.g. accounting) aren't available to users.
If you need one of these, tell your consultant what you'd like to achieve (e.g. "vendors from our website valuation form should go into the Sellers pipeline and get a call from the assistant"). We'll plan the right solution with you.
