Booking link
Share your calendar's booking link, embed it on your website and send it to clients in WhatsApp chats.
2 min read
Every calendar has a booking page where clients can pick a time on their own. On the phone the assistant books the appointment itself; in chats, listing descriptions and on your website, this link removes the "which day suits you?" back-and-forth.
Copy and embed the link
Open the share option from the ⋯ menu on the calendar's row in Settings → Calendars. Then:
- Copy the link in Booking link with Copy. You can share it with clients directly.
- To add it to your website, copy the code in Embed code and paste it into the relevant page (your web developer can help). The calendar appears inside the page like a form.
Tip
Have your own domain in the link, for example randevu.atlasemlak.com/.... For custom domains, see Domains.
Using it on WhatsApp
- In the chat: when a seller asks "what's my flat worth?", send the valuation link instead of a price. The client taps the link and picks a time; the appointment lands straight in your calendar.
- With snippets: save the link as a snippet (saved reply) so agents can send it in one click. See Templates and snippets.
If Conversation AI is on, the assistant can send this link in chats too. See Bot goals and actions.
Important
On WhatsApp you can send free-form messages within 24 hours of the client's last message. Once that window has closed, you need an approved Meta template that contains the link. See WhatsApp templates.
Where to use the link
| Where | Which calendar |
|---|---|
| WhatsApp reply to a seller | Valuations |
| Instagram bio | Valuations or office meeting |
| "What's my home worth?" page on your website | Valuations (embedded) |
| Off-plan launch email | Office meeting |
| An agent's email signature | The agent's own calendar |
Note
For viewings, it's usually better for the assistant or the agent to book the appointment rather than send a link, because the listing being shown and its address should be noted on the appointment.
Troubleshooting
The link opens but there are no free slots. Check the availability settings. See Availability settings.
The embedded calendar looks cut off on the site. Place the code in a full-width section.
A client booked but the contact was duplicated. They may have filled in the form with a different phone number. See Duplicates and merge.
