WhatsApp listing links
The assistant sends the listing link to the caller's WhatsApp during the call; what the message looks like and where it's saved.

Describing a flat over the phone is hard; photos do the talking. When a caller is interested, the assistant sends the listing link on WhatsApp while the call is still going. The caller looks at the photos without hanging up, asks questions, and often books a viewing on the same call.
How it works
- After describing a suitable listing, the assistant offers the link: "Shall I send you the link on WhatsApp?"
- It checks that the caller's number is on WhatsApp. If they give a different number, it uses that one.
- A short message with the listing link goes out from your office's WhatsApp Business account. The link preview shows the listing photo and title.
- The assistant carries on: "Sent. I'm here if you have questions while you look."
Sample call
James Carter: Could I see photos of the Moda flat?
Elif: Of course. Is this number on WhatsApp?
James Carter: Yes, same number.
Elif: Sent. I'm here if you have questions while you look.
James Carter: The living room looks great. Could I see it at the weekend?
What was written to the CRM: the WhatsApp message added to the conversation history, listing of interest AT-1042, note "Liked the living room, wants a weekend viewing", and the next step: an appointment.
Where to see the message
- Open the contact's conversation in Conversations. The assistant's call record appears in the thread.
- Right below it you'll see the WhatsApp message with the listing. If the caller replies, you'll read it here too.
If the caller keeps messaging on WhatsApp, your agent can reply from the same conversation. If Conversation AI is switched on, the assistant can handle written replies as well. See Conversation AI overview.
Important rules
Important
WhatsApp messages are sent through your office's WhatsApp Business API account, which our team connects during setup. Without that connection the assistant can't send links; instead it notes that an agent will send the link.
- The 24-hour window. WhatsApp only lets a business send free-form messages within 24 hours of the customer's last message. So the first message sent during a call usually goes out as an approved template. Our team prepares the template and submits it for approval during setup. Details: WhatsApp templates.
- No link if the caller doesn't want one. The assistant offers, it doesn't insist.
- Only listings in your portfolio. The assistant only sends links for listings on your list.
Common issues
The message didn't send. The number may not be on WhatsApp, the template may not be approved, or there may be a problem with the WhatsApp connection. Check the error marker in the conversation and message your consultant. For WhatsApp quality rules, see WhatsApp rules and quality.
No link preview. The listing page has no preview image set. Ask whoever manages your website.
