Customise cards

Choose which fields show on board cards, and see area, bedrooms and listing of interest without opening the card.

2 min read

By default an opportunity card shows the client's name, value and source. For an agent, the area, number of bedrooms and the listing they're interested in matter far more. With Manage Fields you choose what the card shows; the custom fields the assistant fills in can be picked here too.

The Manage Fields panel: choosing and ordering the fields shown on the card.
  1. On the Opportunities board, click Manage Fields in the toolbar.
  2. Tick the fields you want on the card and untick the ones you don't need. Alongside the standard fields (Opportunity Value, Owner, Source, Lost Reason…) you can pick custom fields that belong to the opportunity.
  3. Drag to reorder; put the most important information at the top.
  4. Click Save. The cards switch to the new layout straight away.

Note

There's a limit to how many fields a card can show at once. When you hit it, untick one field before adding another.

Who does it affect?

The card layout is personal: your choice only applies to your screen. Other users in the same office see their own layout.

The same opportunity, shown with each user's own card layout.

The same opportunity with the agent's and the broker's own card layouts.

So an agent can bring area, budget and listing to the front, while the broker focuses on value, owner and source.

Fields such as "Area", "Budget" and "Listing of interest" are custom fields in the "Property enquiry" group, prepared during setup. See Custom fields and Recommended custom fields.

Tip

During a call the assistant writes budget, area, bedrooms and timing into custom fields. Add these to your card and you'll know what a qualified caller wants without opening anything. See Qualifying callers.

Example

Selin Kaya covers Moda and Kadıköy. She added Area, Bedrooms and Listing of interest to her card. Looking at the Appointment booked column, she can tell which listing each Saturday buyer will see without opening a single card, and gets the keys ready accordingly.

Troubleshooting

My custom field isn't in the list. Make sure the field belongs to the opportunity object; fields that only exist on the contact may not appear here. If you're unsure, message your consultant.

My cards went back to the old layout. You may be logged in as a different user; the layout is per user.
