Export and delete
Export contacts as CSV, delete them, restore ones deleted by mistake and handle KVKK requests correctly.
3 min read
You can export contact data for reporting or backup and delete records you no longer need. Because customer data is personal data, these actions are usually limited to authorised users and should be done with care.
Exporting contacts (CSV)
- Select the contacts to export. Narrow the list with a smart list or filter first, then tick the header box to select all.
- Click Export on the bulk action bar. The file downloads when ready; large lists can take a moment.
The file includes the Property enquiry and Consent fields alongside the standard ones. If Turkish characters look garbled in Excel, open the file via Data → From Text/CSV as UTF-8.
Heads up
An exported file contains personal data. Don't send it to personal email, don't leave it in shared folders, and delete it when you're done. A departing agent exporting and taking the customer list is the most common data leak; give export permission only to those who need it. See Roles and permissions.
Deleting contacts
- Select the contacts and click Delete on the bulk action bar. You can also delete a single contact from the menu on their detail page.
- Check the count in the confirmation window and confirm with Delete.
Conversations, call recordings, notes, tasks and opportunities are removed with the contact.
Restoring deleted contacts
- On Contacts, choose Restore from the ⋮ menu in the top right.
- Click Restore next to the contact you want back.
Deleted contacts stay on this list for a limited time and are then removed for good. You can also undo a bulk delete from the action's menu under Contacts → Bulk Actions. If you can't find a record on the list, write to your consultant or our support team; records past the retention period can't be recovered.
KVKK requests
When a customer makes a request about their personal data:
| Request | What to do |
|---|---|
| I want a copy of my data | Find the contact, select only them, Export, and send it securely. |
| Delete my data | Delete the contact; it's permanently removed once the restore period ends. Consider separately any documents you must keep by law (e.g. signed agreements). |
| Don't call or message me again | Rather than deleting, turn on DND and add the do-not-call tag. If you delete the record, the person could be called again when a list is re-imported. |
| No promotional messages | Turn marketing consent off. They leave promotional lists; service messages about their appointment can continue. |
If the assistant hears "don't call me" on a call, it adds the do-not-call tag itself and the contact is removed from outbound call campaigns. See İYS and KVKK.

This is general guidance, not legal advice. Agree retention periods and your privacy notice with your office's legal adviser. More: Data privacy and KVKK. You can see who exported or deleted what, and when, under Audit logs.
