Reviewing AI replies
Approve, edit or discard drafts in Suggestive mode; check replies sent in Auto-Pilot; test the bot.
3 min read
The bot speaks for your agency; every sentence it writes counts as your word. That's why reading its replies regularly is the most important day-to-day task with Conversation AI. In Suggestive mode you approve every draft; in Auto-Pilot you check afterwards. Either way, the mistakes you spot are the fastest way to improve the knowledge base.
Approving drafts in Suggestive mode
When the bot is in Suggestive mode and a new message arrives:
- Open the conversation in Conversations. The bot's AI suggestion appears above the message box.
- If it's right, send it as is (Use, then Send).
- If it needs a small fix, Edit the text and send it. For example, add "for sale only" or fix the greeting.
- If it's wrong, Discard it and write the reply yourself.
Button names can change with interface updates; the suggestion always waits, unsent, just above the message box.
Tip
When you correct a suggestion, ask why: is information missing (add an FAQ), out of date (have the listings refreshed), or is it the tone (send your consultant an example)?
Checking replies in Auto-Pilot
In Auto-Pilot the bot sends replies itself. To check them:
- Bot messages in conversations carry an AI marker. Review conversations every day, especially those from nights and weekends.
- If your screen offers reply ratings (thumbs up / down), use them; this is feedback your consultant looks at when tuning the bot.
- If the source behind a reply is shown, check it. Wrong replies usually come from an old or conflicting source.
If a wrong reply has gone out, write in the conversation yourself straight away and correct it. Once a team member writes, the bot stops in that conversation.
Important
If a contact was sent a wrong price, wrong address or anything that sounds like a "guarantee", correct it the same day and send your consultant a screenshot of the conversation. We'll fix the source together so it doesn't happen again.
Weekly checklist
| When | What to do |
|---|---|
| Daily | Read night and weekend bot replies; open handed-over conversations |
| Weekly | Note the 3–5 most corrected replies and add them as FAQs |
| Weekly | Send listing changes to your consultant |
| Monthly | Delete outdated knowledge base sources; test the bot |
Testing the bot
- Open the bot and click the Test Bot button at the bottom left.
- Type as a customer would and read the reply. Test messages never reach a real person.
Questions worth testing:
- "Do you charge for a valuation?"
- "What's my home worth?" (the bot shouldn't give a figure; it should offer a free valuation)
- "Is the 3+1 in Moda still for sale?" (correct answer from the listings)
- "I'd like to pay a deposit." (handover)
- A Turkish question: "Beylikdüzü'nde kiralık 2+1 var mı?"
After adding or fixing an FAQ, test the same question to confirm the bot uses the new answer.
Common issues
Suggestions arrive late. At busy times it can take a few seconds. If it's always slow, contact your consultant.
The bot gives different answers to the same question. There may be several sources on the same topic. Keep a single, clear FAQ.
